On Saturday May 31st, everyone is invited to come to the farm for a Community Farm Day and Strawberry U-Pick – 20% of U-pick proceeds will benefit the Live Earth Farm Discovery Program.
While on the Farm go on a self-guided tour, take a tractor ride, snack on a slice of strawberry pie made by Companion Bakeshop, enjoy lunch provided by Happy Girl Kitchen Co., and load up on fresh produce from our Green Valley Barn Farm Stand.
Participating in Community Days is a great way to get to know the farm, experiencing it from a more hands-on perspective.
Please come prepared to spend some time outdoors, wear a hat and sunscreen, and bring water and maybe a picnic lunch – don’t forget to visit the chickens, goats (the mama goats have started birthing their kids), and the baby pony.
When: Saturday May 31st, 10am – 3pm
Where: Enter the farm at our “Green Valley Entrance” at 1275 Green Valley Road (click here for directions)
