RESTAURANTS AND MARKETS

Live Earth Farm welcomes supply relationships with restaurants and markets. Because we grow for a CSA operation, we grow a wide variety and stagger our production times, which can fit in well for restaurants that desire ever-changing fresh specials. Likewise we offer markets a connection for a diversified assortment of local and organic vegetables and fruits. Relationships can be formal or informal; many of our restaurant and market customers call us early in the week to determine "what is looking good" that week and then order a suitable quantity of that produce to be delivered as part of our CSA.
